A CUSTOM APPROACH TO CONSTRUCTION AND GENERAL CONTRACTING
Spectrum offers a custom approach to construction unlike other general contractors. Our team is organized with three senior project managers who actively manage and oversee all company activity as well as five full time project managers who focus on several projects at one time. In addition to construction management and general contracting services we also provide craft labor for multiple disciplines.
Adjoining our offices is the steel shop and yard. The steel crew produces architectural and structural components with access to a six thousand square foot yard for storage, staging and large projects. Certified fabricators and talented artisans create everything from complete structural packages to the smallest architectural detail.
Our millwork and historic preservation shop located just minutes away from the office is able to produce custom carpentry to meet any project need. The carpentry crew includes experienced and master craftspeople specializing in casework, millwork, door and window fabrication and restoration. From custom table and bar tops to coordinated restaurant interiors to top quality restorations we can make it happen.

The Spectrum mill shop specializes in wainscot, storefront, arched doors, reception desks, rounded panel walls, cabinets, suspended ceilings, pergola, fencing, and display walls. You dream it, they can build it.
WINDOW, DOOR & HISTORIC MILLWORK RESTORATION
Our shop dedicated specifically to the tasks of window, door and historic millwork restoration is capable of residential and commercial projects.
