Spectrum has completed numerous civic construction and projects including comprehensive historic restorations, park and landscape construction and system upgrades for a wide variety of public entities. We are experienced in managing tax exempt, prevailing wage, itemized billing, bonding and insurance requirements to meet each project’s individual needs.

Our field supervisors excel in coordinating construction activity within larger occupied spaces and working closely with local staff to hit critical milestones for ongoing building use and project completion.

Previous project experience in historic restoration, landscape and monument restoration and interior finishes allows Spectrum to meet many prequalification requirements for high level and specialized projects.
