Our skilled steel fabricators are able to create many project elements including detailed railings and handrails, light fixtures, trellis or pergola structures, fencing, doors, window frame/sash, storefront, custom stairs, bar fixtures, restroom partitions and anything else that can be imagined. Through mockup and shop drawings processes the final product is dialed in as a collaborative effort with owner and design team.

The steel crew has retained members with decades of experience and has allowed us to develop quality, consistency and a solid understanding of costs and schedules to fabricate and install steel elements on any project. Self-performing this portion of the work affords particular control of the schedule and a cost competitive advantage for highly detailed fabrication efforts.

SUMMARY:

Within the renovation of the Historic Loveland Feed and Grain, steel scope included 12 staircases, structural reinforcement, railings, and new openings within the horizontal lumber grain bins.
