John Lanphier

John is a native of Colorado, born and raised in Denver. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder. Before joining Spectrum, John owned and operated a high-end home remodeling company that specialized in custom design/build projects. His experience includes restaurants, remodels, historic renovations, and commercial retail spaces. John has become an asset to Spectrum with his communication skills, knowledge, and demonstrates complete follow through on all aspects of his projects.
