Commercial Construction
& General Contracting
Spectrum is one of the most highly respected names in the local denver construction industry.
During more than 40 years in business we have delivered a wide variety of successful commercial projects including ground up construction, major renovations and HVAC and structural retrofits. Our management team is deeply experienced in local building requirements and our network of trusted trade partners ensures competitive pricing and top quality execution of the work at hand.
In addition to traditional commercial construction services, we offer preconstruction services to aid in project development, constructability due diligence and navigation of the entitlement process. By sharing a seat at the table early in the process we believe that contractor input helps to build a successful project long before the first hammer swings. Understanding project specific requirements and working with the ownership and design team in the schematic or design development phases allows for thorough analysis and control of costs and schedule tailored to project specific needs.
For highly custom or complex project elements we are able to offer collaborative design build or design assist services. Facilitating the coordination of field experienced specialty subcontractors for direct collaboration with the design team can yield performance advantages and often realize savings of efficiency in creative system design.
Spectrum holds Class A and B licenses in the City and County of Denver as well as commercial licenses in many other municipalities throughout the State of Colorado.
