SUMMARY:
Conversion of an old firehouse into a commercial building with tenant office space and a restaurant. The historic firehouse was originally built in 1892. This building is adjacent to some of the most dynamic and successful food and beverage destinations in the LoHi area of Denver. This project scope was a four story core and shell combining a historic building and new addition adjacent along with restaurant infrastructure and utility upgrades with new services.
