SUMMARY:
Remodel of an existing restaurant. The project consisted of all new finishes, addition of new bar & smoker enclosure. Spectrum’s carpentry team gave the bar and ordering area a new face lift from the previous restaurant tenant. A custom metal enclosure with sliding doors was made from the Spectrum in house steel shop in collaboration with the design team to meet zoning and health department requirements for cooking outside.
