SUMMARY:
Adaptive reuse of the early 1900s building in downtown Denver for the build out of Oskar Blues Grill and Brew. Project consisted of two existing restaurants in a historic downtown Denver building and remodeling them into a basement-level live music venue and main floor dining room and kitchen. Highlights include a ceiling element constructed of 14,000 drumsticks, oak barrel stave “woven” wall feature, and a ceiling over the bar tiled with thousands of beer can lids.
