SUMMARY:
Several locations of restaurant tenant finishes for the Snooze Am Eatery breakfast chain across the Denver metro area. Scope of work varies from new restaurant build-outs to remodel of existing locations as the brand as evolved. Several locations have been renovated multiple times over including the expansion of the original location in the Ballpark District and the relocation of the Union Station restaurant to another location within the Historic Denver Union Station. Spectrum’s relationship started with the founder of the Snooze brand and has expanded to the corporate ownership group.
