SUMMARY:
Restaurant tenant finish in a core and shell project also completed by Spectrum consisting of bathrooms, kitchen, bar and seating areas. Custom sliding windows allow for quick to go ordering and pickup. The owner drove the design with selections of reclaimed, repurposed and upcycled materials and fixtures including concrete light fixtures, upcycled tiles and glulam beam countertops.
